Woo Hoo!I finally got my interent back, now to get this to those who want to grind.
We are training Brandon Little for his Black Belt test this weekend, and putting him through ll manner of strnge things. So for the next few days, I would advise to simply follow what you can of his regiman!So I am just cutting and pasting it here - see what you can do!
1. All kata 2X full focus
2. 45 Minute Run
3. 45 Minute Stairs
4. 1.5 Hour bike ride on the beach
