Happy New Year

Start it off right!

This morning I got up and did a set of kata, before watching the sunrise on the bike path. Not much, just enough to start the year off right. So - who can do that tomorow? Day number two of the year, be up before the rest of the world training?

For physical exercise today and Saturday:

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Or for the mosre advanced:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups
