Last wek, Sensei Joel skipped out on a few training sessions, sooooooooooo this week they have to be repeated - but the "Right"way. WITH the training glove. There is a special training glove that he has to wear, that he did not wear last week. Sooooo, gotta do it right this week. Bummer.

Today is "Fitness Day for Sensei Joel"

Now since he injured himself last Thursday, we have to focus on something different today. he is going to be doing 5 Sets the following. Can you do One???

10 minutes Handstand push-ups
5 minutes Squats
2 minutes Pull-ups
1 minute Push-ups
Daily Karate Routine
