Well, it is the day after Valentine Day - so that means that we have to work on our heart. Now, it is the last week of glove training (Hopefully) for Sensei Joel. So today, there is one little catch, he has to fill the inside of the glove with soft soap and wear it like that for his training.

Then repeat last Monday's workout and then do Tuesday's as well.

Only One time today:
10 minutes Handstand push-ups
5 minutes Squats
2 minutes Pull-ups
1 minute Push-ups
Daily Karate Routine
5 Chinto

Then:
100 Flow Drills - by the number (1-10) - that means 100 sets of 10.
Your prtner calls out a number and you come in with that entry. -"Instantly"
Then your partner just goes through what they are capable of.

** NOW: Joel cannot hit his opponent - BUT - his opponent should hit him in either the chest or jaw if he come in with his guard down.
