Start off the week as a warrior. Do your daily set and each kata 2x.
Today, now that you have put all the other new year resolutions aside - start the karate ones. Sit down and write a workout on paper that you think you can do 5X/ week. Even if it is very quick and does not cover everything - feel free to call or mail for help.
