OK, we are goint to try this again today.
So far this week, Joel has not reported in for any of his training. He was told to take yesterday off. Now, this afternoon, we are going to the dojo to break him in. Soooooooo - for the third time this week, we are going to try the one hour push up...

That means it is time to work today. Sensei Joel is going to be working on pushups and Seisan kata. We are working on training his mind, so his workout today is going to be simple. One hour of push ups and one hour of slow motion Seisan. Of course, his daily set as well.Now, I would never ask this of someone "Normal" But do you think you can do even 10 minutes of each, maybe 5 - At least 3???
