It is Terrible Tuesday!
That means it is time to work today. Sensei Joel is going to be working on pushups and Seisan kata. We are working on training his mind, so his workout today is going to be simple. One hour of push ups and one hour of slow motion Seisan. Of course, his daily set as well.
Now, I would never ask this of someone "Normal" But do you think you can do even 10 minutes of each, maybe 5 - At least 3???
