My Sensei is fond of saying - if it's not on paper, it's not real...

So make a list today of three things. A few short term goals, mid-term goals and long term goals. Whether only karate, life, whatever... And put them up somewhere you can see them.

Today - do the daily set (See the first post from this blog) and two sets of kata, aside from your list.
